At Ritual, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing container.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
